The brief of this house was to design a large family home that was modern and bright and made the most of the orientation and sea views. The house is split level which follows the natural contours of the site and separates the living zones from the bedroom zones. A double height space with mezzanine overlooking the living area along with the vaulted ceilings creates a real wow factor. Other features include large sliding doors facing on to and south east facing patio and curved walls.
